The Low-Cost Signal Splitter DAT5022 is 4 way isolated between the input, power supply, and the 2 outputs. The inputs and outputs can be 4-20mA, 0-20mA. 0-10V, 2-10V, 0-5V, 1-5V. The span and zero can be adjusted to provide offsets if needed. The DAT5022 is also a converter so the output can be different from the input. The inputs and outputs are configured with the aid of DIP switches and can be purchased pre-configured or set up by the customer. The DAT5022 is powered by a 20 to 32 Vdc power source with a maximum current consumption of 100mA.
The DAT5022 is accurate to 0.1% full scale and has less than 0.01%/°f thermal drift.
The DAT5022 is isolated between the input, output and power supply to 2000V, eliminates the effects of any ground loops and allows the use of the transmitter in heavy environmental conditions found in industrial applications. The DAT5022 is in compliance with the standard 89/336/CEE on the Electromagnetic Compatibility.
The DAT5022 is housed in a plastic enclosure of 12.5 mm thickness suitable for DIN rail mounting in compliance with EN-50022 and EN-50035 standards.
