Dual Temperature Controller, ATR401

General Description

The ATR401 Dual Temperature Controller has two 4-20mA control output and up to 4 Relays with also a digital input and an option for Modbus RS485. Current transformer input and Digital input are also options making it the idea choice for Analog control of any two loops.
The ATR401 can accept two inputs from most sensors including 4-20 mA, 0-20mA, 0-10V, 0-40mV, Thermocouples, RTD, Thermistors and potentiometer. The ATR401 has two 4 digit displays one for the Process variable and the other for the Set point.
The ATR401 also has 1 relay and a Solid State Output with On-Off Control, Proportional Control, Proportional Integral Control, Proportional Integral and Derivative Control. This control can be set up manual of with Auto tuning.
The ATR401 is standard 48 x 96 MM square cut out and is able to withstand environmental conditions up to IP65 with the optional gasket.
The ATR401 can be programmed with the front panel keypad or PC based software and multiple units can be cloned with the use of a memory card enabling high speed configuration. The PC based software can also be used to monitor several Temperature Controllers. The analog output 0-20mA, 4-20mA, and 0-10V can also be used as Control or Retransmitting of the input signal. One input can be used as a remote set point.
