The DAT9011 is an Ethernet Data Acquisition Intelligent unit able to control a network of slave Modbus RTU devices connected on a serial line RS-485. The master executes the reading and writing of the field values and performs the logical and mathematical functions necessary for the system to work.
The device is equipped with one universal analog input channel, one channel for Volt and mA input, and two digital inputs and 2 relay outputs.
An Auxiliary power supply is available to supply sensors in the field.
Using the Ethernet interface or the RS-485 “SLAVE” or RS-232 ports it is possible to read and write, in real time, the internal registers values. It is also possible to monitor, request data and program in real time. The unit can directly program the Slave devices connected to the RS-485 Master and request data from them.
The DAT9011 is configurable by the DEV9K software, which is easy and included free of charge.
There is LED indication of the Ethernet activity and data rx-tx flow.
Connection is made by removable screw-terminals (supply and RS-485) and RJ45 plug (Ethernet and RS-232) which
allows a high density mounting on EN-50022 standard DIN rail.
The DAT9011 is fully isolated between the lines, protecting against the effects of ground loops in industrial applications.
The DAT 9011 is in compliance with the Directive 2004/108/EC on the electromagnetic compatibility.
The device is housed in a Robust self-extinguishing plastic enclosure which, due to its narrow profile of 22.5 mm, allows a high density mounting on EN-50022 standard DIN rail.
