The DAT5024R1 is a RTD Din Rail mount Trip Amplifier with 1 relay output. It can accept a signal from various RTD sensors such as Pt100, PT1000, Ni100 and Ni1000. It can also accept input from Resistors from a scale of 0-250 Ohms or 0-2000 Ohms.
The relay is a single pole double throw and there is an option for a second relay. The input must be selected at the time of ordering. The relay settings are adjustable by the DIP switches and the Potentiometers. Test points for the settings are on the front panel.
The isolation on the DAT5024R1 between the input and power supply is 2000 Vac.
The DAT5024R1 has isolation between RTD input and contacts of the relays is 2000 Vac.
The isolation between power supply and contacts of the relays is 1500 Vac.
The isolation eliminates the effects of all ground loops and allows the use of the converter in heavy environmental conditions found in industrial applications. The DAT5024 is in compliance with the standard 89/336/EEC on the Electromagnetic Compatibility. It is housed in a plastic enclosure of 20.5 mm thickness suitable for DIN rail mounting in compliance with EN-50022 and EN-50035 standards.
