Voltage Trip Amp DAT5024D-2.


The Voltage Trip Amp DAT5024D2 is a Din Rail mount Trip Amplifier. It can accept a signal from various sensors such as thermocouples, mA, Voltage, mV, or resistors.

The DAT5024/D has a digital display showing the trip levels.

On the mA input there is an option to use the auxiliary power supply so both active and passive signals can be used.

The Threshold 1 is programmed as high alarm, while, by dip-switches, it is possible to set the Threshold 2 either as high or low alarm.

The trip level of each threshold can be adjusted by the potentiometers and checked by the test-points located on the front of the device. It is possible to adjust by potentiometers the values of the hysteresis level and delay time.

The isolation between input and power supply is 2000 Vac.

The isolation between input and contacts of relays is 2000 Vac.

The isolation between power supply and contacts of relays is 1500 Vac.

The isolations eliminate the effect of all ground loops eventually existing and allows the use of the converter in heavy environmental conditions found in industrial applications.

The DAT5024/D is in compliance with the standard 89/336/EEC on the Electromagnetic Compatibility.

It is housed in a plastic enclosure of 20.5 mm thickness suitable for DIN rail mounting in compliance with EN-50022 and EN-50035 standards.
