High Temperature IS Certified Loop Powered Isolated Signal Transmitter DAT4035ISHT

General Description

The IS Certified high temperature Loop Powered isolated Signal Transmitter DAT4035ISHT is an ATEX approval device The (DAT4035ISHT) is designed for higher environmental temperature applications. The DAT4035ISHT has a Universal Input and a 4-20mA output. The DAT4035ISHT is a PC programmable Transmitter that can accept thermocouples, RTD, mA, V, mV, resistance and potentiometer on the input. The DAT4035ISHT will linearize the input and provide a 4-20mA output signal. The output is isolated from the input.

The DAT4035ISHT is accurate to 0.1% full scale and has less than 0.01%/°f thermal drift.

The DAT4035ISHT is programmable by PC based software which has been developed by DATEXEL to be user friendly.

For resistance and RTD's sensors it is possible to program the cable compensation for 3 or 4 wires.

It is possible to set the minimum and maximum values of the input and output ranges in any point of the scale, keeping the minimum span shown in the Data Sheet. Also, high burn out alarm or low burn out alarm is selectable.

The DAT4035ISHT is isolated between the power supply and the input/output to 2000V, eliminates the effects of any ground loops and allows the use of the transmitter in heavy environmental conditions found in industrial applications. The DAT4035ISHT is in compliance with the standard 89/336/CEE on the Electromagnetic Compatibility.

The DAT4035ISHT is housed in a plastic enclosure of 12.5 mm thickness suitable for DIN rail mounting in compliance with EN-50022 and EN-50035 standards.

The DAT4035ISHT is able to measure and linearize the standard thermocouples with internal cold junction compensation.
