Account Policy
Datexel LLC will open accounts under certain circumstances.
Accounts will be open only once regular orders have been placed.
Please include the following information when placing a purchase order. Contact details such as:
Billing name and shipping name
Billing address and shipping address
Phone number and email address
Please send tax exemption certificate otherwise Tax will be charged.
3% per month will be added to late payments.
Special orders such as non-stocked items cannot be returned, such as RS232 or Modbus ASCII products.
Errors must be brought to our attention within 14 days, otherwise, no returns are accepted.
