Shipping Policy
Shipping time
We normally ship all orders received before 4 pm Eastern time the same day. We ship ex works from Jupiter Florida.
Carriers
We normally use UPS and have a 5 pm drop off or collection every day. We can use FedEx but this may result in a delay.
Shipping Cost
Shipping costs vary depending on location, size and weight of shipment. Using the Datexel shopping cart the shipping cost will be calculated and presented and once accepted charged for. We can accept third party billing but we must be informed before the items are shipped. We cannot refund the shipping cost once the item has been shipped.
Partial Shipments
Sometimes when we receive an order, not all the items are available. We my elect to make a partial shipment, and fulfill the order once the new stock arrives.
