General Description

The DAT7130 accepts up to 8 digital inputs and can drive 4 relay outputs. Input and output states are converted into 16-bit digital data and transmitted via the CANopen (CAN bus) protocol for reliable communication in distributed control systems.

The module is fully compliant with CiA DS 301 and CiA DS 401, ensuring interoperability with CAN controllers and devices that support these standards. This makes the DAT7130 ideal for industrial automation applications requiring robust digital input and relay control.

Baud rate and node ID are configured using DIP switches located on the side of the 22.5 mm DIN rail enclosure. Plug-in terminals simplify wiring and allow the device to be hot swapped without rewiring. For safe operation, the DAT7130 provides galvanic isolation up to 2000 Vac for 1 minute between inputs, outputs, the CANopen network, and the power supply.
