The DAT3024ISO is an isolated version of the DAT3024, featuring four fully isolated analog output channels. Each output is isolated from the others, as well as from the Modbus RTU communication line and the power supply, providing superior protection against ground loop interference in industrial applications.
The module communicates using Modbus RTU over RS-485 at speeds up to 115200 bps. It converts Modbus commands into four independently isolated outputs, which can be configured as active current, passive current, or voltage. Each output can be scaled anywhere between 0–20 mA or 0–10 V.
The default baud rate is 38400 bps, with support for high-speed communication up to 115200 bps. The analog outputs feature high resolution, capable of providing precision down to the third decimal place (e.g., 4.000 mA or 0.000 V).
With 1500 Vac isolation between channels, communication, and power supply, the DAT3024ISO is built for reliable performance in demanding industrial environments.
