The DAT2105-3W performs several essential functions:
The measured values are transmitted via the configured output (voltage or current), based on the settings. The device ensures high accuracy and performance stability over time and across temperature variations.
Configuration of the DAT2105-3W is straightforward and must be done without powering the device. Use the CVPROG cable to connect to the Micro-USB port on the front side of the transmitter. Configuration is performed using the DATAPRO software, developed by DATEXEL, compatible with Windows™ operating systems.
For resistance and RTD sensors, the device allows for 3-wire cable compensation. Users can set minimum and maximum values for input and output ranges, maintaining the minimum span specified in the datasheet. An alarm option for signal interruption (burn-out) is available, allowing the output value to be set high or low out of scale.
Output Measurement: The configured output signal (voltage or current) can be measured in the power loop, as detailed in the "Output/Power Supply Connection" section.
Input Connections: Ensure proper connections as shown in the "Input Connection" section.
Device Configuration: Refer to the "Configuration" section for detailed instructions.
The DAT2105-3W is an ideal solution for applications requiring reliable conversion of potentiometer signals to a standardized voltage or current output, ensuring precise control and monitoring in industrial environments.
