General Description

The DAT2165 Pt100 Temperature Converter is a DIN rail mount signal converter designed for precise RTD measurement and flexible output options. Unlike the loop-powered DAT2065, the DAT2165 provides both current and voltage outputs, making it suitable for integration into a wider range of PLCs and control systems.

Configurable via DIP switches, the DAT2165 allows coarse range and zero adjustments, with fine-tuning available through top-mounted potentiometers. It accepts 2-wire and 3-wire Pt100 RTD sensors, ensuring compatibility in industrial temperature monitoring applications.

With 0.1% full scale accuracy and thermal drift below 0.02%/°F, the DAT2165 delivers stable and reliable signal conversion. Housed in a slim 12.5 mm DIN rail enclosure, the device complies with EN-50022 / EN-50035 mounting standards and EMC requirements (89/336/CEE).
